“ I had Smoke prepare a large catering order for a party. Josh was outstanding throughout the whole process and even handled the order himself. The food exceeded our expectations. Everything was cooked well, the flavors were super well balanced, every sauce was unique and delicious - special shout-out for the hot links, which had a perfect grind mix and tremendous flavor. We were warmly welcomed when we walked in the door and explained how to order etc. We received our drinks and food promptly and everything was delicious! We were all raving about our food. Portions were generous and we couldn't decide what we liked the best because everything was amazing. We had fun trying all the different BBQ sauces. We appreciated being checked on to see how everything was and if we needed anything. We spend summers in Maine and have frequented many restaurants but this was definitely one of our overall best experiences this summer. We can't wait to go back!!! ”
“ have ordered from this place twice.. You definitely hit it spot on with those ribs and brisket. Wow. I've NEVER ever had ribs like these. Both times, bones come out of those ribs squeaky clean Brussel sprouts are delicious as well, I could probably live off those too. Ordering online is super easy and efficient. Staff and atmosphere is very welcoming and rustic. Good vibes, food is delicious, and top choice for smoked brisket and those Ribs, did I mention you will not get better ribs anywhere else! ”

“ Oh, the food is fabulous, and the first thing that hits you is the delightful aromas, a little funky on the ordering at the front, but within minutes just had an absolute stellar, observant service. The food just melted in your mouth. Everything was super fresh and deeply flavorful, thanks to Paola, who prepared the feast. Our delightful server was Sophia, extremely attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Special thanks to Josh, the owner, for having such an awesome venue!! ”
“ I live in the area. I love Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, but I haven't found many places in the immediate area that have truly flavorful dishes. Lots of restaurants understandably try to cater to the older, wealthier tourist crowd that is often more interested in a salt and seasoning restricted diet, and it shows in the food in so many restaurants here. Furthermore, the prices at many restaurants are incredibly expensive, so its rare that my husband and I go out. Great for the wallet but we get a little sad to have to drive 30 mins for food we like and feel is a price that makes sense. UNTIL! I had the opportunity to help out at a charity event for Smoke, and ate dinner there and realized immediately I have been very much missing out on the absolute best place in town. I used to live in Texas where people would truly wait hours in line for smoked bbq from certain establishments, and Smoke very much holds its own with places like these. My favorite item so far is their chili...OMG, it is called a chili bomb and that is because it's a bomb of flavor in your mouth! Just incredible, very generous portions, and we usually have leftovers with JUST chili and sides.But we also loved the tacos, the brisket, and are very excited to try the burger. The owners are wonderful and friendly, and love to chat with their guests so please say hello to Josh if you have a chance. Just can't say enough things about this place!! ”
“ Best meal in a 4-day trip to coastal Maine. We (2 adults) shared the brisket burnt ends and the 'double down' of 2 meats and 2 sides. We had pulled pork, hot links, coleslaw and cornbread. Really enjoyed everything. Service was fast and friendly. ”
